{"id":2879,"date":"2015-09-10T15:46:33","date_gmt":"2015-09-10T12:46:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.vegis.ro\/?p=2879"},"modified":"2019-10-22T16:16:10","modified_gmt":"2019-10-22T13:16:10","slug":"biscuiti-cu-morcovi-si-ghimbir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/biscuiti-cu-morcovi-si-ghimbir\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuiti cu morcovi si ghimbir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingrediente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cana fulgi de ovaz<\/p>\n<p>1 cana faina integrala de grau<\/p>\n<p>1 cana morcov ras<\/p>\n<p>o jumatate lingurita de bicarbonat<\/p>\n<p>un varf de lingurita de sare<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>o jumatate cana de nuci macinate mai mare<\/p>\n<p>o jumatate de cana indulcitor sau zahar brut<\/p>\n<p>un varf de lingurita de ghimbir pulbere<\/p>\n<p>100 ml ulei de floarea soarelui virgin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mod de preparare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Intr-un bol se amesteca ovazul, faina integrala de grau, bicarbonatul, sarea, zaharul (sau indulcitorul), ghimbirul si morcovul. Pe urma, se adauga nucile taiate marunt sau macinate mai mare (in functie de preferinta), iar la final se adauga si uleiul. Se framanta bine cu mainile toata compozitia timp de aproximativ 5 minute, pentru ca toate ingredientele sa se lege si sa se amestece bine. Aluatul va deveni apoi mai lipicios, iar in cazul in care este mult prea sfaramicios, se mai poate adauga putin ulei.<\/p>\n<p>Se pregatesc apoi biscuitii, formand bilute pe care le turtim, pana prind forma rotunda dorita.<\/p>\n<p>Biscuitii se aseaza pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se dau la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30-35 de minute, pana prind o culoare usor maronie.
