Lecitina este considerat\u0103 \u00een general sigur\u0103 pentru consum, de\u0219i unele persoane pot avea alergii la lecitina derivat\u0103 din anumite surse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Guma de guar<\/strong>, cunoscut\u0103 \u0219i sub denumirea de <strong>E412<\/strong> \u00een lista de aditivi alimentari, este clasificat\u0103 ca agent de \u00eengro\u0219are, stabilizator \u0219i emulgator.
