L\u0103sa\u021bi-l s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 timp de 1 or\u0103 (neacoperit), apoi scurge\u021bi apa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00centre timp pre\u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi cuptorul la 176 grade \u0219i tapeta\u021bi o tav\u0103 de copt cu h\u00e2rtie pergament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ad\u0103uga\u021bi ov\u0103zul, migdalele, sarea \u0219i zah\u0103rul din nuc\u0103 de cocos \u00eentr-un blender de mare vitez\u0103 \u0219i amesteca\u021bi la vitez\u0103 mare p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021bine\u021bi o f\u0103in\u0103 fin\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfera\u021bi compozi\u021bia \u00eentr-un bol mediu \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi siropul de agave \u0219i uleiul de nuc\u0103 de cocos topit. Amesteca\u021bi cu o lingur\u0103 pentru a combina p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se formeaz\u0103 un aluat lejer. Ar trebui s\u0103 pute\u021bi str\u00e2nge amestecul \u00eentre dou\u0103 degete \u0219i s\u0103 forma\u021bi un aluat (s\u0103 nu se sf\u0103r\u00e2me). Dac\u0103 este prea uscat, mai ad\u0103uga\u021bi pu\u021bin ulei de cocos topit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfera\u021bi amestecul \u00een tava de copt \u0219i \u00eentinde\u021bi-l uniform. Apoi pune\u021bi h\u00e2rtie pergament deasupra \u0219i folosi\u021bi un obiect cu fundul plat, cum ar fi un pahar, pentru a ap\u0103sa ferm p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd este distribuit uniform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coace\u021bi&nbsp; timp de 15 minute, apoi m\u0103ri\u021bi&nbsp; temperatura la 190 de grade \u0219i mai l\u0103sa\u021bi la copt timp de 5-8 minute, sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd marginile sunt aurii \u0219i blatul se rumene\u0219te pu\u021bin la suprafa\u021b\u0103. Scoate\u021bi din cuptor pentru a se r\u0103ci u\u0219or, apoi reduce\u021bi c\u0103ldura cuptorului la 175 de grade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce s\u00e2mburii de caju s-au \u00eenmuiat \u0219i i-a\u021bi scurs, ad\u0103uga\u021bi-i \u00eentr-un blender de mare vitez\u0103 cu crema de nuc\u0103 de cocos, amidonul, sucul de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, coaja de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, sarea de mare \u0219i siropul de agave. Amesteca\u021bi la vitez\u0103 mare p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021bine\u021bi o past\u0103 foarte cremoas\u0103 \u0219i neted\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gusta\u021bi \u0219i ajusta\u021bi aroma dup\u0103 cum este necesar. Eu am ad\u0103ugat un pic mai mult\u0103 coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u0219i sirop de ar\u021bar. Ar trebui ca gustul s\u0103 fie foarte l\u0103m\u00e2ios \u0219i nu prea dulce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turna\u021bi umplutura peste crusta precoapt\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentinde\u021bi-o \u00eentr-un strat uniform.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coace\u021bi la cuptor timp de 20-28 de minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd marginile par foarte u\u0219or uscate, iar centrul pare &#8220;zv\u00e2cnit&#8221;, dar nu lichid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 timp de 10 minute, apoi transfera\u021bi la frigider (neacoperit\u0103) pentru a se r\u0103ci complet cel pu\u021bin 4 ore, de preferat peste noapte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru a servi, t\u0103ia\u021bi \u00een felii \u0219i pres\u0103ra\u021bi&nbsp; zah\u0103r pudr\u0103 deasupra (op\u021bional).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Poft\u0103 mare!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u00e2nd vine vorba de pr\u0103jituri posibilit\u0103\u021bile sunt infinite!
