Cand apa incepe sa fiarba (atentie sa nu dea in foc din cauza condimentelor \u2013 eventual dati flacara la minim) se adauga ceaiul negru. Se lasa sa fiarba macar 1 minut(dar nu mai mult de 5 minute), dupa care turnati laptele. Luati de pe foc inainte sa dea in clocot si adaugati zaharul.<\/p>\n<p>Daca preparati chai chai cu lapte de cocos va fi o bautura vegana delicioasa si cu aroma exotica. La randul lui zaharul din nectar de cocos va ajuta si el la crearea acestei arome deosebite.<\/p>\n<p>Se poate servi cald, dupa masa sau in zilele de vara se poate servi rece sau chiar cu gheata(in acest caz laptele se adauga in ceai dupa ce acesta s-a racit). Puteti ajusta cantitatea de condimente in functie de gust.
