Se gaseste in cantitati mici si in corpul uman care produce zilnic, din diverse surse alimentare, de la 5 pana la 10 grame prin intermediul metabolismului.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.vegis.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ptr-diabetici1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2597\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.vegis.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ptr-diabetici1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"ptr diabetici\" width=\"193\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ptr-diabetici1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ptr-diabetici1-66x66.jpg 66w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 193px) 100vw, 193px\" \/><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-dulciuri-indulcitori\/sly-nutritia\/10446-xylitol-indulcitor-natural-400gr\/\">Xylitolul<\/a><\/strong> contine <strong>cu 40% mai putine calorii decat zaharul normal<\/strong>, ceea ce conduce la un efect pozitiv in mentinerea greutatii normale a corpului. Acesta poate fi utilizat in cantitati moderate si de catre persoanele care sufera de diabet. <strong>Indicele glicemic al xylitolului este extrem de mic, aproximativ 7, spre deosebire de cel al zaharului care este 70-80, sau al glucozei care este 100.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consumul xylitolului conduce asadar la scaderea riscului complicatiilor cronice in cazul diabetului zaharat. Cercetatorii de la Universitatea Turku din Finlanda au descoperit ca acest produs are un rol important in igiena cavitatii bucale, in special in ceea ce priveste echilibrul acido-bazic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consumul regulat de alimente ce contin zahar si amidon poate provoca neplacutele carii dentare. In schimb, <strong>xylitolul ajuta la eliminarea placii bacteriene, reduce riscul de aparitie a cariilor dentare<\/strong>, fiind un ajutor de nadejde al dintilor. In plus, acesta <strong>favorizeaza transportul calciului in saliva si remineralizeaza smaltul dintilor<\/strong>, scazand astfel frecventa aparitiei cariilor dentare. Astfel, acesta este utilizat si in produse naturale de decongestie nazala, care pot ameliora alergiile (la polen, poluare etc), a rinitelor si sinuzitelor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In contact cu xylitolul, bacteria ce provoaca infectiile cailor respiratorii isi pierde abilitatea de a adera la tesuturi, permitand organismului sa o indeparteze mai usor.
