Controversa este des \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103, iar r\u0103spunsurile ezitante. Cum \u00eenc\u0103 din copil\u0103rie, suntem obi\u0219nui\u021bi cu sintagma \u201esarea \u00een bucate\u201d ca echivalentul unui ingredient indispensabil, \u00eencerc\u0103m \u0219i noi un r\u0103spuns, care sper\u0103m s\u0103-\u021bi fie de folos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Pentru \u00eenceput, merit\u0103 s\u0103 iei \u00een calcul faptul c\u0103 \u201esarea \u00een bucate\u201d, fie c\u0103 este vorba despre sare iodat\u0103 sau neiodat\u0103, nu mai este chiar at\u00e2t de indispensabil\u0103, ci din contr\u0103, trebuie consumat\u0103 cu modera\u021bie. Nu este niciun secret c\u0103 excesul de sare, \u00een orice formul\u0103, poate cauza afec\u021biuni ale rinichilor, accidente cerebral vasculare sau reten\u021bie de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Odat\u0103 ce devenim con\u0219tien\u021bi c\u0103 \u00een privin\u021ba s\u0103rii, regula de aur este modera\u021bia, s\u0103 descoperim \u00eempreun\u0103 prin ce se diferen\u021biaz\u0103 varianta de sare iodat\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de cea neiodat\u0103!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-sitka-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#8bcced\"><strong>Sare iodat\u0103 versus sare neiodat\u0103: principala deosebire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Principala deosebire \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 tipuri de sare este u\u0219or de explicat. Cum probabil \u0219tii deja, mai ales dac\u0103 \u0219i tu consumi <a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/sare\/sanovita\/74311-sare-de-mare-grunjoasa-1kg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>sare iodat\u0103<\/strong><\/a>, aceasta este clorur\u0103 de sodiu, la care a fost ad\u0103ugat iod, un mineral care se reg\u0103se\u0219te mai ales \u00een oceane \u0219i m\u0103ri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Prezent \u00een sare \u0219i nu numai, iodul este un <strong>oligoelement<\/strong> necesar pentru buna func\u021bionare a glandei tiroide, prezent \u00een corpul uman \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi destul de reduse (aprox. 20 miligrame), <strong>70% <\/strong>&#8211;<strong> 80%<\/strong> din aceast\u0103 cantitate fiind distribuit\u0103 la nivelul tiroidei. De exemplu, deficien\u021ba de iod favorizeaz\u0103 apari\u021bia gu\u0219ei, \u00eencetinirea metabolismului, apari\u021bia kilogramelor \u00een plus, oboseal\u0103 sau intoleran\u021b\u0103 la frig. \u00cen plus, o cantitate prea mic\u0103 de iod este responsabil\u0103 \u0219i pentru deregl\u0103ri neurologice, gastrointestinale sau chiar probleme dermatologice. De altfel, viitoarele m\u0103mici au nevoie cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la <strong>50% de mai mult iod<\/strong> pentru a asigura dezvoltarea armonioas\u0103 a f\u0103tului. De\u0219i excesul de iod poate fi asociat cu aproape acelea\u0219i simptome ca deficitul, \u00een plus pot ap\u0103rea febra, diareea, pulsul slab \u0219i senza\u021bia de arsur\u0103 la nivelul cavit\u0103\u021bii bucale \u0219i al stomacului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">La polul opus se afl\u0103 specialit\u0103\u021bile de <strong>sare neiodat\u0103<\/strong> (care nu con\u021bin iod) precum <a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-condimente-sare\/filtre\/cauta-sare+roz+de+himalaya\/?search_sort=top_sales%7Cdescending\"><strong>sarea roz de Himalaya<\/strong><\/a>, \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/sare\/pronat\/65731-fulgi-de-sare-fleur-de-sel-100g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>fleur de sel<\/strong><\/a>\u201d (sare cu o consisten\u021b\u0103 umed\u0103, bogat\u0103 \u00een calciu \u0219i magneziu), <strong>sarea kosher<\/strong> (specific\u0103 buc\u0103t\u0103riei evreie\u0219ti, fiind celebr\u0103 pentru granula\u021bia mare). Acestea sunt la fel de s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i chiar indicate \u00een cazul \u00een care \u00ee\u021bi este recomandat medical s\u0103-\u021bi supervizezi dieta \u00een privin\u021ba surselor de iod pe care le consumi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-sitka-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#8bcced\"><strong>Sare iodat\u0103: ingredientul care previne deficitul de iod?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Dac\u0103 sarea iodat\u0103 poate preveni sau nu deficitul de iod, e o problem\u0103 care merit\u0103 solu\u021bionat\u0103. La pu\u021bin timp dup\u0103, \u00een <strong>1920<\/strong>, o mul\u021bime de \u021b\u0103ri de pe glob au ad\u0103ugat iod \u00een sarea de mas\u0103 \u00een scopul prevenirii deficitului de iod.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"780\" height=\"429\" src=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/sare-iodata.png\" alt=\"previne deficitul de iod\" class=\"wp-image-23975\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/sare-iodata.png 780w, https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/sare-iodata-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/sare-iodata-768x422.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 780px) 100vw, 780px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">\u00cen secolul al XXI-lea, <strong>Organiza\u021bia Mondial\u0103 a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii<\/strong> (O.M.S) estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 2 miliarde din popula\u021bia lumii se confrunt\u0103 cu deficitul de iod, motiv pentru care a fost introdus\u0103 pe plan mondial strategia iod\u0103rii universale a s\u0103rii. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia aceast\u0103 lege a intrat \u00een vigoare \u00een 2002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Printre principalele cauze ale deficitului de iod se num\u0103r\u0103 \u0219i:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>evitarea total\u0103 a consumului de sare iodat\u0103;<\/li><li>adoptarea unei diete vegane care exclude consumul de alimente precum laptele, ou\u0103le, pe\u0219tele, acestea fiind surse importante de iod;<\/li><li>consumul excesiv de <strong>alimente gusogene<\/strong> care inhib\u0103 absorb\u021bia iodului de c\u0103tre glanda tiroid\u0103: <strong>conopid\u0103<\/strong>, <strong>broccoli<\/strong>, <strong>varz\u0103<\/strong> etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Consumul de sare iodat\u0103 poate preveni deficitul de iod, \u00eens\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i alternative la fel de s\u0103n\u0103toase, pentru c\u0103 iodul se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00eentr-o mul\u021bime de alte alimente u\u0219or de consumat. \u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, po\u021bi alterna consumul de sare cu surse naturale variate de iod (nuci, lapte, ou\u0103, alge etc).
