Dup\u0103 decongelare, \u00eemparte aluatul \u00een dou\u0103. \u00centinde prima foaie de aluat \u0219i acoper\u0103 o tav\u0103 rotund\u0103 cu acesta. Adaug\u0103 220 ml ap\u0103 \u0219i zeama de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, apoi fierbe compozi\u021bia la foc mediu.Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce fierbe, adaug\u0103 mixul pe baz\u0103 de tapioca \u0219i amestec\u0103 \u00eencontinuu cu un tel, pentru aproximativ 5 &#8211; 6 minute.<\/li><li>E timpul s\u0103 adaugi \u0219i cire\u0219ele \u0219i s\u0103 fierbi totul pentru \u00eenc\u0103 3 minute.<\/li><li>Ia crati\u021ba de pe foc \u0219i adaug\u0103 untul (\u00eel po\u021bi topi \u00een prealabil).<\/li><li>R\u0103ce\u0219te compozi\u021bia astfel ob\u021binut\u0103 \u00een frigider, pentru aproximativ 30 de minute.<\/li><li>Pre\u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te cuptorul la 200\u00b0C. Transfer\u0103 umplutura pe baz\u0103 de cire\u0219e \u0219i tapioca \u00een tava \u00een care deja ai a\u0219ezat aluatul. Niveleaz\u0103 frumos umplutura cu ajutorul unei spatule.
