Aceasta este originara din Muntii\u00a0 Anzi din Peru si Bolivia, iar in trecut facea parte din alimentatia de baza a populatiei incase,\u00a0 datorita abilitatii sale de a creste si a se dez<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\">volta in climate mai putin prielnice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"> Semintele de kaniwa (canihua) sunt de dimensiuni reduse fata de quinoa si\u00a0 prezinta o nuanta\u00a0 rosie-maronie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"> Kaniwa este plina de nutrienti, nu contine gluten si este un excelent substitut al\u00a0 graului. O\u00a0 jumatate de ceasca de kaniwa gatita contine 7 grame de proteine, 4\u00a0 grame de fibre si numai\u00a0 160\u00a0 de calorii, fiind o sursa de antioxidanti, vitamina B,\u00a0 fibre, fier, calciu si zinc.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"> Flavonoizii sunt unii dintre cei mai studiati antioxidanti, iar kaniwa contine din plin flavonoizi precum isorhamnetin si quecertina. Acestia au efect de antiimbatranire asupra pieleii, previn bolile cardiovasculare, inhiba dezvoltarea unor bacterii si virusuri si reduc riscurile unor anumite boli inflamatorii. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.vegis.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HOMEH-kaniwa-1050x700.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-2357\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.vegis.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HOMEH-kaniwa-1050x700-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"HOMEH-kaniwa-1050x700\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HOMEH-kaniwa-1050x700-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HOMEH-kaniwa-1050x700-66x66.jpg 66w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 Ca si verisoara ei quinoa, canihua este plina de proteine de inalta calitate ce contin cantitati considerabile de amino acizi, avand un continut de 16 % proteine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\">\u00a0 Gustul lor este asemanator cu cel de quinoa, dar este mai dulce si se gateste foarte usor. La o cana de seminte se adauga doua cani de apa, se da in clocot, apoi se da focul mai mic si se fierbe acoperit timp de 15-20 de minute, pana cand toata apa este absorbita. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"> Spre deosebire de quinoa, semintele de kaniwa nu au invelisul de saponina, deci nu este necesara clatirea inainte de gatire. Le puteti gati sub forma de pilaf sau le puteti adauga la salate reci, supe, tocane si aroma sa se combina foarte bine cu pestele. Se poate folosi cu succes la reteta de ardei umpluti. Pot fi macinate in faina, ce poate fi folosita ulterior la paine, patiserii, chiar si la pregatirea ciocolatei calde. Kaniwa poate fi folosita si in locul fainii sau a pesmetului la pregatirea, prajirea pestelui sau a carnii. Adaugati apoi restul de lapte, galbenusul si zaharul. Dati la foc mic spre mediu si amest<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\">ecati incontinuu. Compozitia se va ingrosa si atunci e momentul sa adaugati kaniwa fiarta.\u00a0 Continuati sa amestecati pana ajungeti la consistenta dorita. De retinut este\u00a0 faptul ca amestec<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\">ul va continua sa se ingroase<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"> si dupa ce\u00a0 se raceste .
