Pune uleiul de cocos \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 de dimensiune medie \u0219i \u00eencinge-l la foc mic, iar apoi adaug\u0103 ceapa, morcovul \u0219i usturoiul \u0219i c\u0103le\u0219te-le aproximativ 2 minute, timp \u00een care este necesar s\u0103 amesteci frecvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Adaug\u0103 ghimbirul ras \u0219i pulberea de turmeric, las\u0103-le la g\u0103tit timp de aproximativ 1 minut, iar dup\u0103 aceea adaug\u0103 lintea \u0219i supa de legume.\u00a0Atunci c\u00e2nd supa atinge punctul de fierbere, las-o s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, la foc mic, timp de 20 de minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd lintea devine moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pune uleiul de m\u0103sline \u00eentr-o tigaie \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 se \u00eencing\u0103, la foc mic. Adaug\u0103 ceapa, ardeiul, chimenul \u0219i coriandrul \u0219i las\u0103-le la g\u0103tit timp de 7-8 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ceapa devine translucid\u0103. Adaug\u0103 apa, acoper\u0103 tigaia cu un capac \u0219i a\u0219teapt\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd m\u00e2ncarea atinge punctul de fierbere.
