Pre\u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te cuptorul la temperatura de 177 de grade Celsius. Unge sau tapeteaz\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie special\u0103 un vas de copt p\u0103trat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u00centr-un bol, amestec\u0103 foarte bine fulgii de ov\u0103z, f\u0103ina de migdale \u0219i cea din semin\u021be de in, scor\u021bi\u0219oara \u0219i sarea de mare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. \u00centr-un alt castron, piseaz\u0103 bine bananele, mierea, cele 60g de unt de arahide, extractul pur de vanilie \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Amestecul de ingrediente uscate se toarn\u0103 treptat peste cel cu ingrediente lichide \u0219i se amestec\u0103 pentru omogenizare. Pune amestecul \u00een cuptor \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 se coac\u0103 timp de aproximativ 30-35 de minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ov\u0103zul devine auriu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Las\u0103 amestecul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 5 minute, dup\u0103 care po\u021bi savura fulgii de ov\u0103z la cuptor \u00eempreun\u0103 cu pu\u021bin unt de arahide \u0219i felii de banane.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-sitka-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#31924d\"><strong>3.
