Pentru a introduce in mod natural <a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-goji+fructe\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\">fructele de goji<\/a> in alimentatia familiei, va propunem doua retete inedite care folosesc acest aliment.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>SUPA DE GOJI<\/b><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><em>Timp de preparare 10 min | Timp de fierbere 15 min<\/em><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>Ingrediente\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">100 g <a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-goji+fructe\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\">fructe de goji uscate<\/a><\/li>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">230 g cubulete de rosii<\/li>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">450 ml de supa de legume<\/li>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">1 ceapa mare, tocata<\/li>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">1 lingura de ulei de masline<\/li>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">1 ardei rosu iute, tocat<\/li>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">1 lingurita de <a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-chimen\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\"><em>chimen<\/em><\/a><\/li>\n<li lang=\"fr-FR\">1 lingura de frunze de patrunjel proaspat tocat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\">Preparare\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\">Inmuiati fructele de goji in apa, pentru a le rehidrata. Lasati-le cateva minute, astfel incat ele sa revina la dimensiunea naturala. Puteti chiar sa le lasati in apa cu o noapte inaintea prepararii.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\">Incingenti uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie de dimensiuni medii si caliti ceapa alaturi de ardeiul iute. Adaugati apoi rosiile, fructele de goji si semintele de chimen. Amestecati cateva minute pana la omogenizare.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\">Adaugati supa de legume si condimente dupa gust (sare si piper). Lasati sa fiarba iar apoi asteptati sa scada aproximativ 10 minute.
