Din acest motiv, <strong>fulgii de ov\u0103z sunt un ingredient de baz\u0103 \u00een multe preparate vegane \u0219i nu numai<\/strong>. \u00cen plus, ov\u0103zul nu con\u021bine gluten, asta dac\u0103 nu a fost contaminat cu gr\u00e2u \u00een timpul proces\u0103rii, fiind recomandat persoanelor care sufer\u0103 de alergii sau de intoleran\u021b\u0103 la gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-sitka-black-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"background-color:#fbeacc\"><strong>CE CON\u021aIN FULGII DE OV\u0102Z<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">100 de grame de <a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-fulgi-musli\/niavis\/28977-fulgi-de-ovaz-fini-fara-gluten-ecologici-bio-250g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fulgi de ov\u0103z<\/a> con\u021bin 389 calorii, 8% ap\u0103, 16.9 grame de proteine, 66.3 grame de carbohidra\u021bi, 10.6 grame de fibre \u0219i 6.9 grame de gr\u0103simi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>\u00cen plus, \u00een compozi\u021bia fulgilor de ov\u0103z se g\u0103sesc trei tipuri de amidon, care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 diferit de amidonul din alte cereale<\/strong>. Primul tip de amidon se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een propor\u021bie de 7%, este descompus cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i se absoarbe sub form\u0103 de glucoz\u0103.
