Adaug\u0103 usturoiul, pulpa dovleacului, lintea \u0219i cimbrul, amestec\u0103 pentru c\u00e2teva minute, dup\u0103 care adaug\u0103 supa strecurat\u0103.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Adaug\u0103 sare, piper pentru gust, apoi acoper\u0103 crati\u021ba \u0219i las\u0103 supa la foc mediu pentru 20-25 minute.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u00centre timp, spal\u0103 semin\u021bele de dovleac, dup\u0103 care las\u0103-le la uscat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. \u00centr-o tigaie antiaderent\u0103, pune 1 lingur\u0103 de ulei, las\u0103-l la \u00eencins, dup\u0103 care adaug\u0103 semin\u021bele pentru a le pr\u0103ji.
