Culoarea sa specific\u0103 este dat\u0103 de <strong>ficocianin\u0103 <\/strong>(pigment albastru) \u0219i <strong>clorofil\u0103<\/strong> (pigment verde), antioxidan\u021bi puternici \u0219i dou\u0103 din principalele substan\u021be active ale spirulinei. Datorit\u0103 profilului nutri\u021bional impresionant, spirulina este privit\u0103 ca o <strong>surs\u0103 de hran\u0103 complet\u0103<\/strong> ce ar putea fi folosit\u0103 pentru combaterea malnutri\u021biei \u00een \u021b\u0103rile mai pu\u021bin dezvoltate. De asemenea, proteinele din spirulin\u0103 se digera mai bine, \u00eentr-o propor\u021bie de 83% \u2013 90% \u00een compara\u021bie cu chlorella de pild\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 proteine, spirulina con\u021bine \u0219i: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>fibre dietetice; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acizi gra\u0219i din grupul Omega, printre care \u0219i acid gamma-linolenic (GLA) care se mai g\u0103se\u0219te \u0219i \u00een laptele matern; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>minerale \u2013 fier, magneziu, mangan, zinc, cupru, seleniu, sodiu, fosfor \u0219i potasiu; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clorofil\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lipide;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vitaminele A, E, K \u0219i cele din complexul B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9); <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un con\u021binut de calciu aproape la fel ca cel al laptelui; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15% \u2013 20% carbohidra\u021bi. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Con\u021binutul de fibre u\u0219or digerabile nu este singura diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre spirulin\u0103 \u0219i chlorella. Posibilit\u0103\u021bile sunt nenum\u0103rate! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#ffffff;background-color:#1b7476\"><strong>BENEFICIILE SPIRULINEI <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Cu un profil nutri\u021bional at\u00e2t de complex, nu este de mirare c\u0103 spirulina este folosit\u0103 ast\u0103zi nu doar pentru men\u021binerea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, ci \u0219i prevenirea, respectiv ameliorarea anumitor afec\u021biuni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"color:#1b7476\">\n<li><strong>SOLU\u021aIE PENTRU ARSENICOZ\u0102 (INTOXICA\u021aIA CU ARSENIC) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Intoxica\u021bia cu arsenic este o problem\u0103 mai ales \u00een zone ale unor \u021b\u0103ri precum India, Banglade\u0219, Taiwan sau Chile unde apare \u00een urma consumului de ap\u0103 contaminat\u0103.
