Boala celiac\u0103 poate afecta asimilarea nutrien\u021bilor de c\u0103tre intestinul sub\u021bire, duc\u00e2nd astfel la anemie sau chiar \u0219i malnutri\u021bie \u00een ciuda unui consum regulat de alimente. Boala celiac\u0103 este a\u0219adar cea mai grav\u0103 form\u0103 de intoleran\u021b\u0103 la gluten iar \u00een astfel de cazuri consumul acestei proteine este interzis. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meniul zilei de ast\u0103zi este f\u0103r\u0103 gluten! Introdu tava la cuptor 12 minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 devine mai tare, apoi las-o s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103. <\/li><li>Pentru prepararea cremei, \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te la foc mic uleiul de cocos \u0219i toarn\u0103-l uniform peste ciocolata am\u0103ruie care a fost f\u0103cut\u0103 buc\u0103\u021bele \u00eentr-un castron. <\/li><li>A\u0219teapt\u0103 30 de secunde \u0219i apoi amestec\u0103 u\u0219or cele 2 ingrediente p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii o compozi\u021bie cremoas\u0103.
