Atunci cand este recoltata corect din bazine de apa necontaminate este una dintre cele mai potente surse disponibile de nutrienti. Este alcatuita in cea mai are parte din proteine si aminoacizi esentiali si este recomandata in mod special celor vegetarieni, datorita continutului ridicat de fier. Este de asemenea o buna sursa de <b>potasiu<\/b>, <b>calciu<\/b>, <b>crom<\/b>, <b>cupru<\/b>, <b>fier<\/b> si <b>magneziu<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">In urma testelor s-a demonstrat ca Spirulina are un <b>nivel ORAC<\/b> (Capacitate de absorbtie a Radicalilor de Oxygen) <b>de peste 24,000<\/b>, ceea ce este de 4 ori scorul ORAC al afinelor. Cel mai bine este sa se administreze aproximativ 2 lingurite pe zi in perioada de convalescenta, in timpul sarcinii sau expunerii la radiatii.
