Documentele istorice atesta faptul ca acesta era cultivat in celebrele gradini suspendate ale Semiramidei, vestita regina din Babilon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nDin Orientul Apropiat a ajuns in Egipt, unde era utilizat si in scopuri cosmetic si anume era mestecat pentru albirea dintilor si mentinerea unei respiratii proaspete. Insa cei care au descoperit virtutile medicale ale cardamonului au fost indienii. Acestia vorbeau despre cardamon in tratate de medicina ayurvedica si il recomandau ca leac in tratarea bolilor renale, bolilor de piele si pentru inlaturarea cu success a obezitatii.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-cardamom\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vegis.ro\/Image\/cardamom.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"189\" align=\"left\" \/><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-cardamom\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\">Cardamomul<\/a><\/strong> a fost utilizat si de catre greci si romani pentru condimentarea bucatelor cat si la prepararea uleiurilor parfumate cu care isi hidratau corpul dupa baie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> \u201cRegele condimentelor\u201d, asa cum mai este supranumit in India, cardamonnul isi are originea in India si Sri Lanka si face parte din aceeasi familie cu ghimbirul. Acest arbust extraordinar se mai cultiva si in Guatemala, Mexic, Indonezia si in alte zone din sudul Asiei. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> In ciuda faptului ca India este cel mai mare producator de cardamom, numai o mica parte este destinata exportului, datorita cererii intense de pe piata interna. Desi in Guatemala, cultivarea acestuia a fost introdusa de mai putin de un secol, aceasa este principala tara exportatoare de cardamon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Arbustul prezinta frunze lungi si elegante care pot ajunge pana la 2,5- 3 m inaltime. Se mintele de cardamon, de culoare verde se gasesc intr-o pastaie, care se formeaza la baza tulpinii. Fructele nu se coc toate in acelasi timp, iar recoltarea lor se face manual in perioada octombrie-decembrie, cu mare grija pentrru a nu strivi si imprastia semintele atat de valoroase. Recoltarea atat de anevoioasa face ca si pretul sa fie pe masura, cardamonul fiind unul din cele mai scumpe condimente din lume, dupa sofran si vanilie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-cardamom\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\"> <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vegis.ro\/Image\/356884Sell_Our_Own_Indian_Green_Cardamom%281%29.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"232\" align=\"left\" \/><\/a>Cel mai des cultivat si folosit este cardamonul verde. Gustul sau este placut, apropiat de lamaie, dar cu certe asemanari cu eucaliptul si camforul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-cardamom\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\">Cardamomul<\/a><\/strong> poate fi utilizat ca si condiment, in aromarea bucatelor, dar si ca remediu naturist pentru o serie de boli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0In Emiratele Arabe si Turcia cardamomul este folosit la aromatizarea cafelei. Semintele macinate sunt amestecate in cafea sau se adauga cateva seminte de cardamon, direct in vasul in care se pastreaza cafeaua, pentru a se impregna aroma bogata de cardamon in cafea. Aceasta reteta traditionala de cafea aromata numita <i>gahwa<\/i> este un simbol al ospitalitaii arabe. Pentru a potenta aroma gazda trebuie sa frece gatul curbat al recipientului de turnat cafea cu cateva seminte de cardamon. Eticheta si bunele maniere cer ca invitatii sa consume cel putin trei cesti din cafeaua astfel pregatita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> In India cardamonul se foloseste la aromarea deserturilor, a budincilor si inghetatelor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Cardamonul este utilizat si in tarile nordice. Astfel, filandezii il folosesc la muraturi, norvegienii la conservarea produselor din hering, dar si la muraturi. Populatiile nordice sunt iubitoare de condimente iuti, asa ca flosesc cardamonul aproape in orice prajitura, la vinul fiert si la rachiul <i>Aquavit<\/i> , cu care se delecteaza in serile lungi de iarna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0In afara de faptul ca este folosit la o serie de preparate, cardamonul este folosit ca si medicament intr-o serie de afectiuni. Este utilizat in tratarea afectiunilor digestive, congestie, pentru dizolvarea calculilor biliari si a pietrelor la rinichi, infectii ale gingiilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Datorita compusilor sai, cardamonul aduce o serie de beneficii pentru sistemul digestiv si prin urmare imbunataeste considerabil digestia si creste apetitul. Consumul cardamonului ajuta la diminuarea gazelor din tubul digestiv, poate preveni greata si varsaturile, si diminueaza aciditatea gastrica. Studiile stiintifice recomanda un consum moderat, deoarece o cantitate prea mare ar dauna sistemului nostru digestiv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Un remediu util in cazul durerilor in gat si a raguselii, este ceaiul de cardamon amestecat cu scortisoara .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0De asemenanea, cardamonul poate atenua alergiile respiratorii, astmul bronsic, congestia pulmonara si respiratia rau mirositoare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0In antichitate era utilizat ca antidot la veninul de sarpe si scorpion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Cardamonul poate fi benefic si pentru buna functionare a rinichilor si a tractului urinar. De asemenea poate fi folosit pentru tratarea ulcerelor bucale, infectii ale tractului urinar, bronsita si pentru circulatia sangelui in plamani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Cardamomul, supranumit de arabi si planta iubirii are si efect afrodisiac, acest efect fiind amintit si in cartea<i> O mie si una de nopti<\/i>. De asemenea se stie ca are un efect racaritor, fiind indicat consumul acestuia in zilele toride de vara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Daca se amesteca un galbenus de ou de casa cu o lingura de miere si cu un varf de cutit de cardamon se obtine un preparat deosebit de eficient in caz de oboseala fizica si nervoasa precum si in cazul lipsei apetitului sexual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><input src=\"http:\/\/vegis.ro\/Image\/cardamom-powder-250x250%282%29.jpg\" type=\"image\" align=\"left\" \/><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/filtre\/cauta-cardamom\/?sort=relevance%7Cascending\">Cardamomul<\/a><\/strong> este foarte eficient in tratarea racelilor insotite de frisoane. Astfel se face un amestec obtinut din 4 g de cardamon, 2g de ghimbir, 2 g de boia de ardei iute, impreuna cu 4 lingurite de miere de albine lichida. Se ia acest amestec de 3 ori pe zi, cu 15 minute inainte de masa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Foarte indicata in tratarea impotentei, frigiditati, oboselii, aerofagiei, si a digestiei lente este tinctura de cardamon, care se poate prepara si in casa din 100 de g cardamom macinat fin, peste care se aduga 500 ml de alcool de 50 de grade. Amestecul se lasa la macerat timp de 5-6 zile, dupa care se filtreaza prin tifon si se de poziteaza in sticle mici de culoare inchisa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Semintele si pastaile de cardamom contin un ulei volatil care se utilizeaza si in industria cosmetica , in industria parfumurilor, si a preparatelor energizante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avand o aceasta larga serie de proprietati miraculoase va recomandam cu caldura sa va aprovizionati cu cardamom.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cardamomul, Elettaria cardamomum, sau cardamomul, asa cum apare in unele texte este unul din cele mai vechi condimente, utilizat din timpuri stravechi.
