Aceast\u0103 plant\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i are originile \u00een sudul Asiei \u0219i nordul Australiei, fiind folosit\u0103 de peste 4000 de ani. <strong>Se utilizeaz\u0103 cu prec\u0103dere \u00een India, at\u00e2t \u00een buc\u0103t\u0103rie datorit\u0103 aromei \u0219i culorii pe care le-o d\u0103 preparatelor, dar \u0219i ca remediu natural, gra\u021bie propriet\u0103\u021bilor sale terapeutice<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speciile de curcuma se deosebesc prin frunzele lungi \u0219i lanceolate ce au culoarea verde deschis. India este \u00een prezent cel mai mare produc\u0103tor, realiz\u00e2nd circa 80% din produc\u021bia mondial\u0103. Acesta se mai cultiv\u0103 \u0219i \u00een America de Sud, Indonezia \u0219i sporadic \u00een Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Turmericul este \u00eenrudit cu ghimbirul, ambele plante f\u0103c\u00e2nd parte din familia Zingiberaceae<\/strong>. De\u015fi se aseam\u0103n\u0103 foarte mult, mai ales din punct de vedere al aspectului, turmericul se remarc\u0103 prin gust \u015fi culoarea intens\u0103 de galben-portocaliu, astfel c\u0103 este cunoscut \u0219i sub denumirea de \u0219ofran indian. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Condimentul turmeric este ob\u0163inut din r\u0103d\u0103cina plantei Curcuma Longa<\/strong>. Procesul de ob\u021binere a pulberii de turmeric este destul de complex. Rizomii sunt a\u0219eza\u021bi \u00een cuve mari de fier \u0219i, ulterior, se fierb \u00eentre 40-45 de minute sau 6 ore, \u00een func\u021bie de soi.
