Pentru ca sanatatea e cel mai de pret lucru pe care il avem pe lumea aceasta, de aceea merita sa avem grija de noi si sa ii acordam toata atentia cuvenita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Pentru ca toate functiile corpului nostru, de la cel mai mic degetel pana la creier, toate depind in mare parte de alimentele, pe care le furnizam corpului nostru zi de zi. Si acum se pune intrebarea, ne confera alimentele pe care le consum, energia de care avem nevoie, pentru a ne indeplini cu succes activitatile? Pe langa energia oferita, o alimentatie sanatoasa trebuie sa ne ajute organismul sa fie puternic si rezistent in fata bolilor (din ce in ce mai multe si mai agresive in ultimii ani), in fata stresului si a factorilor exteriori. Cu totii vrem sa avem o viata lunga si linistita, nu? Sa ne bucuram de visele si realizarile noastre, alaturi de sot, copii, nepoti si de ce nu stranepoti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Importan\u021ba alimenta\u021biei nutritive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Daca in trecut <a href=\"http:\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare\">alimentatia<\/a> era cea care ne furniza necesarul nutritional, ne tinea in forma si la adapost de boli si stres, astazi lucrurile stau cu totul diferit. Intr-o epoca, in care totul este in miscare si se misca cu o repeziciune uimitoare, au aparut si deficientele nutritionale, ce si-au lasat ampreta adanc asupra omenirii. Studiile efectuate de numerosi oameni de stiinta arata ca aproape jumatate din bolile cu care se confrunta omenirea la ora actuala sunt datorate unei alimentatii din ce in ce mai defectoase. Dar ce e si mai ingrijorator e faptul ca aceste boli apar la varste din ce in ce mai tinere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">In aceasta categorie se inscriu bolile cardiovasculare, hiper si hipotensive, deficientele de digestie, bolile autoimune, sindromul de oboseala cronica, diabetul, cancerul, care au inceput sa devina din ce in ce mai prezente in viata noastra. Aceste boli cumulate cu stressul oxidativ fac adevarate ravagii din organismul uman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Desi poate va suna ciudat, dar in momentul in care oamenii au inceput sa modifice calitatile nutritionale si benefice ale alimentelor, supunandu-le la tot felul de \u201ctratamente\u201d, acestia nu s-au gandit si la impactul pe care il vor avea asupra organismului uman. Efectiv, am ajuns sa golim si sa saracim hrana de tot ce are mai bun si mai nutritiv in ea, ramanand doar un gust si atat, nici un nutrient, vitamine sau minerale. Si atunci de unde isi ia omul modern restul de suplimenti nutritivi? Trebuie sa-si suplimenteze aportul zilnic cu suplimente artificiale. Dar din pacate cercetarile stiintifice au scos la iveala faptul ca pe masura ce imbatraneste, omul are nevoie din ce in ce mai mult de nutrienti si de tot mai putine calorii.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.vegis.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/san1-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"culturi\" class=\"wp-image-1238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/san1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/san1.jpg 425w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Un alt aspect, ce nu trebuie deloc neglijat e legat de utilizarea la scara larga a pesticidelor, ingrasamintelor chimice si a fertilizatorilor artificiali pe culturile de legume, fructe, cereale. Oare ce se intampla cu aceste chimicale? Nu cumva ajung si la noi in farfurie? Se pare ca da, iar efectelor lor asupra mecanismelor, ce guverneaza corpul uman sunt cu adevarat devastatoare iar efectele se resimt mult timp de acum inainte, prin aparitia afectiunilor gastrice, a tulburarilor digestive, iar pe termen mai lung si la nivel global, la scaderea duratei medii de viata a omului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">De-ar fi mancare singura sursa de chimicale, insa in ziua de astazi, apa e plina de reziduri si produse chimicale, la fel si solul si aerul pe care il respiram clipa de clipa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Suntem bombardati zi de zi, la fiecare colt de strada, cu reclame, care de care mai colorate si mai ochioase, la fast food-uri, pline de prajeli si mirosuri \u201cimbietoare\u201d, unde bauturile carbogazoase cu ale sale multiple E-uri iti zambesc imbietor din pahar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Concret, suntem supusi din toate partile unui atac de chimicale toxice, asa ca nu mai surprinde pe nimeni, faptul ca nu suntem capabili sa ne mentinem sanatatea la cote inalte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Si atunci, in aceste conditii singura noastra solutie este sa ne inlocuim nutrientii care ne lipsesc si mancarea fada si goala, cu o alimentatie sanatoasa, bogata in nutrienti, vitamine si minerale. Practic, asta inseamna intoarcerea omului spre natura si spre bunatatile pe care aceasta ni le ofera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">De ce majoritatea reactioneaza si se intorc spre o <a href=\"http:\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare\">alimentatie sanatoasa<\/a> abia cand se imbolnavesc?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Neglijenta si nepasarea, in ceea ce priveste aportul nutritional, duce la dezechilibre si poate provoca obezitate sau malnutritie. Aceste boli slabesc rezistenta organismului si implicit aduc cu ele riscurile altor boli precum cele de inima, cancer, diabet, osteoporoza si lista poate continua. Nu e asa ca ne simtim mai bine, mai usori, fara acele kilograme in plus? De ce sa caram cu noi ceva, ce nu ne foloseste? Ne invartim intr-un cerc vicios, de unde numai o alimentatie echilibrata, bogata in toti nutrientii necesari, vitamine minerale si fibre ne poate salva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Nu degeaba, se spune ca esti ceea ce mananci sau cu alte cuvinte, spune-mi ce mananci, ca sa ti spun cine esti. Alimentele pe care le consumam ne influenteaza in mod direct felul in care gandim, muncim, dormim si inclusiv felul in care facem dragoste.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.vegis.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/123-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"alimente sanatoase\" class=\"wp-image-1240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/123-300x240.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vegis.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/123.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">&nbsp;Si atunci, alimentatia noastra trebuie sa fie una cat mai variata, sa contina o gama cat &nbsp;mai diversa de produse: multe fructe, legume, cereale integrale, seminte, peste si asa mai departe. Important e sa fie cat mai naturale si mai putin prelucrate termic, deoarece toata bunatatea, toti nutrientii se gasesc din abundenta in alimentele crude si dispar pe masura ce acestea sunt prelucrate si supuse unor tratamente termice. Fireste ca nu putem manca chiar totul crud, dar nu uitati cat de minunate sunt legumele sau pestele gatit la aburi, ce-si pastreaza toata gama de nutrienti impreuna cu savoarea gustului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Multi sustin ca este foarte scump si costisitor sa mananci sanatos si ca nu isi permit, dar oare exista ceva mai presus si mai important decat sanatatea noastra si a persoanelor dragi? Deci haideti sa reflectam un pic la ceea ce conteaza pentru noi. Merita sa investim intr-o alimentatie variata si de calitate, ca sa ne bucuram de toate momentele frumoase ale vietii?<br>Mai bine sa prevenim, sa imbratisam viata si natura cu tot ce ne ofera ea in stare pura. Sa o primim cu bratele deschise si sa ne bucuram de toate bunatatile din camara naturii. E mai usor sa prevenim si sa fim atenti la ce ajunge in farfuria si implicit in organismul nostru, decat sa aruncam banii pe la doctori, in speranta unui leac miraculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitka-black-color has-text-color\">Nimic nu e mai sanatos si mai bun, decat o portie zdravana de natura. Acolo unde omul a actionat si a stricat echilibrul, tot natura e cea care ne ofera cele mai la indemana solutii pentru problemele noastre.
