Aceste alimente hranesc fiecare celula din corp, ajuta la prevenirea afectiunilor, inlatura toxinele si contin aproapte toate vitaminele si mineralele necesare corpului nostru, pentru a ne mentine sanatatea. Dar, cand vine vorba de copii, introducerea legumelor si fructelor in alimentatia lor poate fi o provocare. Acestea sunt excelente pentru corpul celor mici, iar copiii pur si simplu le iubesc. Retetele pot fi ajustate in functie de gusturile fiecarui copilas tocmai pentru ca acestea sa fie pe placul lor si sa le consume cu drag. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Sucurile naturale sunt la fel de bune pentru copii cum sunt si pentru adulti, dar in cantitati mai mici. Multi oameni se ingrijoreaza ca acestea contin prea mult zahar care dauneaza copiilor, dar nu pun la indoiala zaharurile ascunse in mancarurile procesate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Sucul proaspat, in cantitati moderate, este cel mai pur aliment pe care il poti oferi micutului tau. Atat sucul de fructe, cat si de legume (sau combinat) este ideal pentru sanatatea copiilor si de aceea este recomandat un \u201dprogram de baut sucuri\u201d in fiecare zi, de exemplu, dimineata, la micul dejun sau dupa efort fizic.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Sucurile din spanac, creson, varza kale, patrunjel sau sfecla sunt bune pentru copii doar in doze mici. Acestea sunt puternice chiar si pentru adulti, de aceea trebuie sa ai grija la doza administrata copiilor. Poti adauga cateva frunze de spanac sau brocoli a caror gust il poti ascunde cu un mar sau un alt fruct dulce. Alimentele solide pot uneori impiedica procesul de recuperare. Ceaiul de zmeura este si el o idee buna, asociat cu un suc plin de vitamine si minerale, combinatia fiind un ajutor de nadejde in recuperarea\u00a0metabolismului.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Daca micutul tau nu este obisnuit cu sucurile naturale, incearca introducerea lor in alimentatie sub forma de suc diluat cu apa filtrata. Incepe cu 2 portii pe zi daca ii plac, si alege pentru inceput un suc dintr-un sigur fruct (marul este o optiune) diluat cu apa. Apoi, pe masura ce se obisnuieste cu gustul, poti trece la combinarea fructelor si legumelor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">In general, bebelusii sub 2 ani nu au nevoie de sucuri naturale, mai ales daca sunt si alaptati la san deoarece ei se nasc cu toti nutrientii necesari corpului, iar acestia incep sa se diminueaze cand incep sa fie expusi alimentelor mai nesanatoase sau procesate. Pulpa fructelor contine fibre care sunt foarte importante pentru sistemul digestiv, asadar ea trebuie pastrata in suc.
